Shipping for Golf Carts

At NEVO, our goal is to ensure a smooth and satisfactory delivery experience for our customers purchasing new golf carts. This shipping policy outlines the terms and conditions of our delivery services.

  1. Delivery Timeframe: Our standard delivery timeframe is between 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase. This may vary based on the customer's location and specific delivery requirements.
  2. Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location and quantity. The exact shipping costs will be provided at the time of purchase.
  3. Delivery Locations: We offer delivery services to a wide range of locations. Please note that some areas, especially remote or difficult-to-access locations, may be subject to additional delivery fees or restrictions.
  4. Scheduling Delivery: Our customer service team will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time that is convenient for you. It is important that you provide accurate contact information to facilitate this process.
  5. Pre-Delivery Inspection: Each golf cart is thoroughly inspected and carefully prepared for shipping to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
  6. Receiving Your Golf Cart: Upon delivery, please inspect the golf cart for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If any damage is found, report it immediately to the delivery personnel and contact our customer service.
  7. Assembly and Setup: Our golf carts will arrive fully assembled and require little to no setup.
  8. Shipping Delays: While we strive to deliver your golf cart on time, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistical issues may cause delays. We will keep you informed in such situations.
  9. Cancellation and Redelivery: If you need to cancel or reschedule your delivery, please contact us at least 5 days in advance. Failure to notify us in time may result in additional charges for redelivery.
  10. Customer Service: For any questions or concerns regarding your delivery, please contact our customer service team.
Shipping for Gear Shop Purchases

We are dedicated to delivering your purchases in a timely and efficient manner. Our shipping policy is designed to provide you with a clear understanding of the shipping processes and timelines.

  1. Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or for certain items.
  2. Domestic Shipping: For orders within USA, estimated delivery times are 3-4 business days.
  3. International Shipping: We currently do not ship internationally. 
  4. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are $10 flat rate, unless your order is included with a golf cart. In this case, it will be delivered free with your cart. These costs will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
  5. Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
  6. Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  7. Delivery Issues: If you experience any issues with delivery, such as a missing or damaged package, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  8. Changes to Shipping Policy: We reserve the right to modify this shipping policy at any time, so please review it frequently.

Limited Warranties

NEVO Low Speed Vehicles:  4-Year Limited Warranty, 8-Year LiFePO4 Battery Warranty

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your Low Speed Vehicle (LSV) purchase. We warrant that your LSV will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 4 years from the date of purchase.  Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries have an 8-year warranty. If there are any defects or malfunctions, we will repair or replace the affected parts free of charge; exclusions apply. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team. Your enjoyment and peace of mind is our top priority.

1. Warranty Period: At NEVO, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. To ensure complete satisfaction, we offer a 4-year limited warranty for new LSV purchases from the original date of purchase.  All Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries have an 8-year limited warranty.  

2. Coverage: The warranty covers parts, materials, labor, and workmanship defects under normal use. This includes issues with the motor, battery charger, controller, drive train, battery, electrical systems, and other major LSV components. 

3. Exclusions

  • Normal wear and tear. 
  • Damage resulting from accidents, abuse, neglect, or misuse. 
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs. 
  • Damage due to environmental conditions, such as corrosion or rust due to environmental conditions. 

4. Repair or Replacement: In the event of a defect, NEVO will either repair the fault at no charge using new or refurbished parts, or replace the LSV with a new or refurbished cart of the same model. 

5. Obtaining Service: To receive warranty service, the customer must contact NEVO's customer service department. Proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue are required. 

6. No Other Warranties: This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by NEVO and supersedes any prior, contrary, or additional representations.

7. Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for the original purchaser of the LSV. 

8. Jurisdiction: This warranty is governed by the laws of the state of Florida, and any disputes arising under it will be resolved in accordance with those laws. 

Return Policies

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for New NEVO Golf Cart Purchases

At NEVO, we aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your new golf cart purchase. We understand that sometimes, a product may not meet your needs or expectations. Therefore, we offer a 7-day return policy for new golf cart purchases, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility Period: You may return the golf cart within 7 days of the purchase date.
  2. Condition of Return: The golf cart must be in its original condition, undamaged, and with no modifications or alterations. It should include all original parts, accessories, and documentation.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to initiate a return.
  4. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  5. Exclusions: This policy does not apply to Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) golf carts, or carts that have been modified or damaged after delivery.

We offer a 30-day return policy for merchandise purchased from our online store.
